Responsibilities:
• Design course curriculum materials for Business Administration and/or Accountancy
• Plan and deliver these lessons in a clear and appropriate manner
• Monitor and maintain high student morale and motivation
• Ensure student discipline
• Assist with school promotional activities
Requirements:
• MBA or master in related business courses to teach Management, Banking and Finance, Management and/or Professional Accountancy bachelor degree courses
• Good command of written and spoken English with proven academic achievements
• At least 5 years industry experience with preferably 2 years lecturing experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills, organizing skills, leadership skills and negotiation skills
• Amicable, assertive, energetic, enthusiastic, presentable and well-groomed
• Ability to manage students of diversified cultures/nationalities
• Enjoy organizing team building activities and willing to build a career in Asia
