We are seeking a professional Chef and a professional Baker (2 different jobs).
As Chef/Baker it will be your duty to follow the instructions of the Nutritionist and work in combination with the Fitness Trainer in preparing our food items both in the bakery and in the restaurant.
As Head Baker you will not be in direct contact with the public but as Head Chef you will have some contact. All employees, regardless of position, must be knowledgeable about nutrition and willing to put forth their ideas to create new, healthier recipes when the opportunity arises.
Personal presentation and hygiene are a reflection of not only yourself but our company. Because our mission is about getting healthy and staying healthy, we expect our employees to follow our company line. Unpleasant appearance and hygiene is detrimental to our success.
Bakery will be dealing with breads, pastas and desserts. The restaurant will cater to walk in customers as well as our paid members. |
