Mechanical Engineer/ Plastics Engineer/ Product Design Engineer
Location : Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Requirements :
Diploma, Degree holder, preferably in Mechanical Engineering/ Plastics Engineering/ Product Design Engineering
Having 3-5 years of working experience in plastics manufacturing environment is highly preferable. Familiar with designing and developing products using rotational moulding, extrusion, injection molding will be an advantage.
Able to work independently, also a team player with good interpersonal communication skills and ability to organize
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Comprehensive training will be provided for successful candidates
JOB SCOPES
- Make AutoCAD interface drawing based on client needs (preferable in 3D), weight distribution calculations and mechanical stress analysis.
· Assist and make suggestion for product design improvement.
- Assist in prototype/ product design and testing, fabrication and design proposal.
- Assist/ Supervise on site installation and training program for clients.
· Keep a complete file of all drawings – Update as required.
· Research on new material, process optimization, product improvement
· Assist in setting QA/ QC standard for existing and new products.
· Assist Manager in verifying that the preventative maintenance of all equipment is performed to technical approved standards, including safety and emergency equipment.
· Monitors improvement programs and corrective actions where required.
· Review reports and promote/suggest implementation necessary as required.
Salary will commensurate with working experience
