A leading investment real estate company are looking for a senior Financial Director/CFO with at least 4 years experience in Spain.
The duties to inlcude.
- Supervision of the Accounting and taxes
- Develop of the Economic and Financial situation
- Elaborate Annual Budget and monthly control
- Negotiating and improving conditions with Banks and Suppliers
- Control Cash-Flow and Pipeline
- Supervision of Cash payments to clients (Development)
- Supervision the payment of nominas and commissions
An excellent basic salary will be offered.
