National Assembly Services is seeking a Full Time Call-Center Representative to work in our Allentown PA office. We are looking for a candidate with: general office skills; general computer skills; must have excellent communication and phone skills; must be able to answer phones and schedule appointments. Looking for a candidate interested in growing with a rapidly expanding company.
Duties will include:
* Accept in-bound sales calls (we do not do any out-bound sales calls) from consumers that are interested in purchasing furniture assembly services.
* Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; doing needs-assessment; verifying information.
* Explaining to clients procedures; answering questions; providing information.
* Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
*On the job training.
Our call center hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 8pm.
Hours will be alternate weeks of 10am-6pm and 12 noon-8pm.
Pay range is $10.00 to $11.00 per hour, based on experience. Nice office environment.
