Work Tasks:
- Able to perform general and secretarial duties such as managing the reception (telephone, fax, visitors, correspondences, classification, etc);
- Providing full comprehensive secretarial services;
- Providing administrative support (travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, managing miscellaneous quotations, orders and purchases);
- Taking care of office supplies stock and distribution;
- Providing other related assistance to the administration department;
- Providing correct written and oral translations from and to Bulgarian, Russian, Romanian, English and/or French.

| Habilidades: |
Work Requirements:
- Advanced Proficiency in Bulgarian is a must;
- Proficient in Russian, Romanian, French and/or English is a plus;
- Strong computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook are a must, PowerPoint and Access are a plus), Internet Navigation and minor configurations;
- Relevant working experience is preferable;
- Higher education is preferable.
