The Company:
Our client is one of the world’s largest hotel groups and they are currently recruiting a Swedish Speaking Reservations Agent to work within their offices near Heathrow airport.
The Role:
The reservations agent will handle client queries in either Swedish or English. Full training is provided.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in Swedish as well as English. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of the Windows working environment.
Call centre experience is preferred.
Salary/Additional Information:
Salary: £17,000 + bonus
Annual leave of 20 days
