| Descipción del Empleo: |
• Project management, responsible for planning, implementation and control of any assigned projects while reporting to the department manager.
• Analyzing & preparing the required specification of the assigned and designed projets by department manager.
• Continual supervision for reengineering and improvement of assigned and new systems / procedures.
• Review and update of existing sensitive procedures and internal policies in coordination with the manager.
• Supervise user profile management (security) of different IT systems and as a backup to the department manager.
• Coordinate between head office department / branches and IT regarding development / maintenance of new / existing projects.
• Supervise the preparation of user manuals for new projects in coordination with the users / departments and branches.
• Follow up on quality actions with the bank’s network (customer complaints, etc).
• Follow up on daily maintenance requests.
• Any other assignment as required by the department manager. |
| Habilidades: |
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4-6 years practical experience in Banking field.
• Good PC Skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in English. Other languages is an
