Rise Services is a non-profit agency seeking for a Team Leader.
DUTIES:
•Responsible for the management of the residential program through the implementation of the RISE mission, vision and values and in compliance with all regulation and policies.
•Responsible for recruitment, hiring, coaching, training, and development of Direct Support Professionals.
•Responsible for the execution of policies and procedures including compliance with records and documentation maintenance and other duties essential to the well being and daily living of the individuals we support.

2 different locations: Sierra Vista and Phoenix
