Job Description:
• Supervise the company’s claims unit’s functions / roles appropriately and based upon the company’s “Compliance “.
• Establish and supervise the company’s claims guideline, handling procedures and Manual.
• Have an adequate high knowledge of all classes of Insurance Products.
• Have sufficient communication skills with clients, business counterparts as well as other units in the company.
• Analyze business statistics regularly and make reports as per the management’s requirement.
• Supervise and train the junior staff in the same unit with high responsibility.
• Show sophisticated leadership and exemplary behavior/attitude to the internal staff members.
• Implement and exercise quality control procedures.
• Perform special projects, duties and tasks as may be assigned by the management.
• Monitor ongoing Unit activity to ensure proficiency in file control and documentation, as well as timely and effective response to broker, client, for required information relating to claims.
• Effectively handling Legal and Recovery Cases and maintain good communication channels with the appointed TP organizations.

Education and Skill sets:
• Graduate from University
• 5 Year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Skills
• Good communication skill ( telephone, oral and written) and inter personal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be a team player
• Time management and prioritisation
