Our client is looking for project manager
Job summary
Working as a Project Manager, the job’s main purpose is to provide a competent
Level of adequate resource management and technical authority in telecom project
Execution. This includes taking high level project responsibility within Sepol R&d
Telecoms, project execution and reporting
Essential Job Functions
Under the guidance of Telecom R&D Manager, the jobholder is expected to perform
(but is not limited to) the following tasks:
1. Resource Management
Monitor tasks execution according to the schedule
Share the performance of teams/engineers for projects with R&D Manger
Supporting and coaching team members in the scope of their responsibilities,
Development of their competencies
Building precise tasks schedule for all group members
Co-operation with team members in project implementation
Participation in internal training sessions. Sharing own knowledge with other team
Members
Resources management according to project needs
2. Project related
Project execution and reporting
Assign tasks to team by means of EPM
Directing and controlling all work performed within the framework of the Work
Breakdown Structure
Conducting task execution
Obtaining technology direction and the information of reference source codes for
Entire projects from Architect Leader(s)
Requirements analysis, developing concept for subsequent stages of Software
Development Process (self reliant).
Performing requirements analysis with acknowledgement of functionalities
Implemented in previous projects.
Responsibility for preparing documentation related to the given tasks.
3. Competence development
Sustain and develop the appropriate knowledge level in terms of
• Project management methodology
• Business development methodology
• Latest electronics and information technology
Conducting internal training sessions and presentations
All work is to be of a professional standard, paying due regard to safety, efficiency,
Cost effectiveness, time scales and the needs of the Company

| Habilidades: |
Requirements
Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Management, Logistics or similar.
Acceptable others if they have appropriate required competencies.
Minimum 3 years experience on similar position
Minimum 3 years experience in managing informatics/computer science projects
English Language (reading technical documentation, verbal and written
Communication)
Ability to resist the pressure
Analytical skills
Project management principles and best practice knowledge
Ability to work in variable environment
Flexible panning, ability to attribute proper priority to the project issues
Ability to coordinate many operations and projects at the same time
High level of liability
Self – reliance, independency
Obstinacy and persistence in project tasks execution
Motivation towards goals realisation
