Job Description:
We are The Ross-Carlisle Group, an engineering recruiting and we have been tasked by a client, a manufacturer of industrial electronics for the lighting systems industry to locate a Procuct Manager.
Duties:
Manage current product line.
Responsible for the Strategy development, Product Development, and Market Development for all lighting Solutions products.
Develop both strategic and tactical plans for market penetration, position products, assess the competition and drive growth.
Work in the field with sales engineers/reps to develop appropriate promotional campaigns, interact with, and develop/maintain relationships with customers.
Salary:
Salary is 70-85k per year. Relocation Package is available, full time position with full benefits and bonus eligible.

| Habilidades: |
Have a 4-year degree in business, marketing or engineering with a strong understanding of industrial electronics.
3+ years of business-to-business marketing to manufacturers;
Signage industry experience is a plus
Strong understanding of LED (Light Emitting Diode(s)) technology.
Experience in managing sales engineers & reps.
Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
