Contract Manager reporting to GM Construction
Contracts Manager Construction will be responsible for supervising all contractual issues for the running projects. Apart from providing contractual support to projects, he will be protecting the Organization’s financial and contractual rights.
Contract administration / Preparation and administration of Subcontracts / Preparation of Monthly Valuations / Settling Final Accounts / Identification of Extra works and development of cost proposals / Preparation of Claims and Cost Control Implication. |
| Habilidades: |
With a minimum experience of 12 years in the building & construction industry, Candidates with Quantity Surveyor Graduation from UK or Australia with exposure to FIDIC contracts & NEC in addition to knowledge in cost control would be given preference. |
