Archibat is looking for a Project Management Director for a Integrated Architectural And interior design COMPANY specialized in residential, retail and corporate offices. The firm works on prestigious Asian projects.
Your missions:
- Coordinate the different steps of the project (timings, coasts, technical and human ressources).
- Define objectives and needs, follow up results.
- Manage a team of architects, designers, quantity surveyors and engineers.
- In relation with providers and subcontractors
- In contact with clients and consultants
Your profile:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Quality Survey or Architecture
- At least 10 years experience in high rise and interior design projects is prefered
- English is mandatory, Vietnamese and French are a plus.
Your skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation and technical skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Highly motivated |
