Our Client is an international engineering and construction company operating in 22 countries. The company is executing prestigious projects for its clients in Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Americas, Russia and the Caspian region. We employ over 10,500 people globally.
The Group activities are focused on the hydrocarbons, process, power, water, environmental, industrial and communications business sectors. The Company offers its clients a wide range of engineering and construction services in the civil/structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, control and communications disciplines and is recognized as a specialist in the fields of commissioning and start-up, shutdown and turnaround management, maintenance, modernization and upgrade projects.

Description Of Job:
Validate tender following award of project with the Project Manager.
Assist in preparation of project CPS by analyzing the tender and project requirements.
Prepare cash flow by analyzing the timing of sales and costs.
Compile monthly reports in accordance with Company standard procedures.
Where applicable carry out site measures with the Site Manager in accordance with contractual procedures.
Ensure timeously submission of claims in accordance with provisions of contract.
Ensure that areas of concern are highlighted relating to contract costs, sales and margins.
Ensure that you attend monthly Cost Meetings.
Draft pre and post contract correspondence in conjunction with Project Managers.
Compile SE Ratio reports in conjunction with Site Managers.
Identify if material purchases are scope or variation.
To ensure that the set up of site administration procedures which are drafted by taking cognizance of client / company requirements.
Ensure control of client invoicing by submission of invoices and tracking.
Administer payments to subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing submissions in terms of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure relevant legislation in relation to financial administration as compiled.
Liaise closely with the accounting staff.
Resolve disputes in relation to client / subcontractor issues.
Prepare reports on commercial and contractual issues for the Project and Commercial Manager.
Monitor site procurement on receipt of regular reports.
Continually strive to achieve maximum profitability giving circumstances from site-exercising commercial acumen a pro active approach.
