We are currently working on behalf of a major real estate development company who are a subsidiary of a major holding company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. They focus on the development of sustainable economic clusters, high rise towers, business parks, shopping centres, residential communities and integrated resorts. They have operations both locally in the gulf region as well as further afield such as Morocco, Algeria, Yemen and Belarus.
They are currently looking to attract a key individual to join them on a major project of theirs in Minsk, Belarus in the role of Development Manager.
The role is to set the strategic framework for the Project Manager(s) to construct and complete the tactical task and translate the Company’s strategic development vision into reality.
With responsibilities to include reviewing the appropriate markets within which to develop, the acquisition of sites (and site entitlements), structuring, overseeing and managing the development strategy and process. The successful candidate will oversee all development activity for the respective project(s).
