This is a senior management position which would include share options after one year of employment.
The position involves responsibility for the manufacturing and operations involved in the business. The candidate would have experience in developing lean management systems, and introducing and monitoring continuous improvement systems.
Some experience in a Six Sigma environement would also be useful.
We are looking for someone with experience of introducing the considerable changes these efficiencies would bring to the company, with the added issue of the language barrier and cultural differences having to be tackled.
