The position of Chief Quality Officer is a senior management position that would include share options after the first year of employment.
The candidate would be a six sigma black belt or green belt with significant experience. The company is pledged to have six sigma implemenation within 18 months, and the CQO would be organising, implementing and monitoring the training and external resources in this implimentation as part of their job.
The CQO would lead the management teams of both QA and QC and give direction as to their tasks and be able to monitor their work.
The CQO would also be responsible in making sure that data collected by the quality teams was effectively used to support continuous improvement in both in-house and out-sourced manaufacturing.
The candidate is likely to have been involved in a manufacturing environment involving either mechanical or electro mechanical products. |
