WPRS are actively recruiting for a Service Manager for a permanent role based in Qatar.
The Service Manager will be the owner of Planning and day to day operations of the Field Engineering Services for All Oil and Gas products in the Middle
East Region.
In the role you be responsible for the following:
• Ensure 100% Compliance with the Organization’s and Customers' Code of conduct, Regulations, Procedures and EHS rules on site
• Responsible for taking all necessary Actions to operate a safe work environment on site as well as any incident and/or accident prevention with the EHS and Leadership Team. Reporting mechanism in case of actual incidents and support the investigation.
• Manage and Develop our Field Engineers and Technical Advisors to ensure we exceed customer expectations (external/internal)
• Owns Field Engineers Utilization and is responsible to meet targets. Is also responsible to drive Mobilization Quality and Lead time to improve our response time
• Responsible for the evaluation of existing and recruitment of qualified Field Engineers to build world class Service Operations
• Ensure that Field Engineers and Technical Advisors have adequate resources (manpower, tools, technical documents, facilities, etc) to perform their tasks
• Assist in developing short and long range resource plans based on business volume forecasts and the fulfillment of existing commitments.
To apply you will possess a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree and 5-7 years experience either in field activities Oil & Gas, Energy industry. At least 2 years in a Team Leader role.
Working Experience in the following Rotating Equipments Installation and/or Maintenance (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor,
Auxiliary Systems and Controls)
Knowledge of Customer processes and understands schedule, tooling and manpower needs to fulfill site activities. Good knowledge of English language, Arabic is a
Plus.
The role will require frequent travel to support in the Gulf region.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $45k - $55k USD per annum plus full benefits including housing, transportation allowance, flights, insurances and many other benefits.
