· Dealing with overseas suppliers which includes:
1. Meeting directly regarding various issues on a particular item.
2. Finding out / suggesting convenient procedure for import and exportation.
3. Price negotiation as well as screening the quality.
· Dealing with various Pre-shipment inspection related disputes.
· Assisting Director (Commercial) directly on multifarious activities especially all kinds of import and export related activities.
· Sourcing out overseas suppliers, choosing out the better supplier on certain criteria on regular basis.
· Following up the over-all import procedures.
· Updating information on VAT, Tariff and Customs Duties.
· Processing of export documentation.
· Ensuring smooth supply of raw materials and other industrial products to support uninterrupted production of different units of the Group.
