Our client is a market leader working in the commercial and institutional construction sector, specializing in internal system divisions (metal, gypsum, insulation, gaskets, acrylic coating and suspended ceilings).
The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out construction projects, coordinating operational activities and overseeing the work of the project managers.
Description of tasks
* Proactively track the evolution of sites.
* Ensure that timelines and budgets are respected.
* Represent the company on professional services issues.
* Negotiate extras and claims management
* Stimulate ideas and ensure decision-making in business management committees.
* Establish and maintain harmonious contacts with the general contractors and subcontractors.
