* minimum Diploma or relevant Degree in early childhood/pedagogy disciplines
* minimum 3 years teaching track record in pre-schools
* experience in Multiple Intelligences, Reggio Emilia and/or Speech & Drama
* compulsory excellent communication skills with children and parents
