Ø develop training programs for product knowledge and soft skills in accordance to the plan.
Ø assist in conducting training sessions developed as per the plan.
Ø ensure maintenance of training data and generate relevant reports.
Ø evaluate training results along with line manager and present summaries to the concerned hod indicating key improvement areas.
Ø co-ordinate along with the manager a quarterly / bi-annual / annual training effectiveness for staff, identify skills gap and formulate training programs for further development.
Ø co-ordinate for special projects. -contribute towards developing and implementation of a pro-active policy training and development
Ø ensure that training activities are carried out in other regions.
Ø ensure the functioning of the department and the trainers in line with company guidelines.
Skills Required:
The incumbant from service industry preferably logistics would be an advantage
Should have sound knowledge of behavioral trainings in particular and must have been in similar role for at least 3 years
Should be able to manage and run mystery shopping campaigns apart from trainings
Team building workshop, importance of service quality in our business and drive the same
Ø ensure training facilities are available continuously.
Ø contribute in hr activities as required. -conduct performance appraisal following our standards
Ø the trainer would be required to go out with the boys on the field and understand the gaps in what they should do and what not and suggest a best way to improve the process
