Bilateral Exchanges- Student Holiday in Spain( British-Irish)
AGENCY
Our agency is based in the North of Spain, in Santander. We organize international exchange programmes s and we are currently working to develop exchange programmes for students between the UK, Ireland and Spain.
Cultural exchanges are an excellent way to get to know a culture and to improve the language. There are so many aspects to be considered when you learn a foreign language: the culture, the food, the places, the music, the literature, the arts, the way of people live, etc
At the moment we have 3 boys aged 14 that would like to take part in an exchange with a British or Irish student. The student does not have to be 14, they would also be happy with someone a little bit older or maybe one or two years younger.
THE AREA
Santander is a beautiful place, located in the North of Spain, a region with a breathtaking landscape: spectacular mountains, forests and beautiful white sandy beaches. We have some of the most beautiful towns and villages in Spain: Santillana, Comillas, etc. The weather is kind to us, and we enjoy of mild winters and summers.
Santander’s is linked to the UK and Ireland. We are also connected to the UK by Ferry, with Brittany Ferries sailing from Plymouth to Santander once a week.
Programmes
We can offer exchanges to individuals and school groups. Only homestays with Spanish families can be arranged if requested. As safety is our priority we visit the students at their home and we interview the families and they are asked to provide us the following documents:
- Letter of Introduction to the student
- School references. We need two written references from school teachers that we check.
- Parents work references
- Medical Certificate
- Pictures of the student
-Copy of the student passport
We will also require this documents from you and we will have to interview you over the phone.
