To act as the corporate project manager for the design, build and implementation of the electronic recruitment system in the Al Futtaim Group of companies. To put in place processes to foster later system development, exploitation for best results, initial and ongoing user education and system maintenance. To work closely with Change Management in implementing the System.
4.1.1. Special Job Knowledge/Skills (If any):
• Exposure to e-recruitment methodology, products and projects.
• Direct in-house recruitment experience in a large multi-site and ideally multi-country workforce.
• Formal project management qualification or equivalent
4.1.2. Education/Qualifications
• Tertiary qualified in HR, business or a related field
• Formal project management qualifications or significant exposure/experience in a project leadership role
4.1.3. Computer Knowledge (Required for the job):
• Full range of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project and Visio
• Ideally HCM - SAP or another ERP equivalent
• Direct experience at a super user or system administrator/manager level of an in-service, successful e-recruitment System

5.1. General industry experience
5.1.1. Direct in-house recruitment experience in a major commercial enterprise
5.1.2. Direct role-related accountability for an e-recruitment or comparable system
5.2. Communication skills
5.2.1. Polished presentation skills
5.2.2. Ability to influence senior managers to win sound organisational outcomes
5.2.3. Ability to tailor system information to the listener at every level in the business
5.3. Leadership skills
5.3.1. Ability to lead/control an e-recruitment supplier
5.3.2. Ability to conduct formal training and convince users to comply with SOPs
5.3.3. Ability to manage content in the e-recruitment system for perfect written communication in every way including site content, candidate and user correspondence, outage and other bulletins to users
5.3.4. Ability to develop, build, disseminate and record concise and timely system reports as specified by the Head of Recruitment
