We are seeking a Senior Analyst for the Corporate Development Department of a large electronics manufacturing company based near Philadelphia, PA. This person will be responsible for assisting in the advancement of the development process and supporting acquisition efforts globally. In this role, candidates will work closely with the members of the business development and corporate development groups to support the acquisition process as needed. Responsibilities include:
Support the identification, evaluation and prioritization of strategic growth platforms.
Research, identify and screen potential growth markets and acquisition candidates which are strategic for corporate development to achieve its long term vision.
Manage the department's acquisition candidate and contact databases.
Developing financial models for acquisitions to reflect business and market conditions.
Assisting with conducting financial due diligence on acquisition candidates.
Assisting in preparing acquisition candidate valuation packages for senior management.
Assisting the corporate development group in managing cross-functional due diligence teams.

| Habilidades: |
BS in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering
MBA and/or CPA preferred
2-5 years experience
Prior Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Public Accounting experience preferred
Strong Financial modeling/valuations skills
Detail oriented
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to communicate with all level of management including senior executives
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team in team oriented culture
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. |
