ArchiBat is looking for a General Manager for a Dynamic Architectural Company which works on every type of projects. The firm is well-known for its projects which are a mix between Western and Chinese style. Its office in Shanghai is composed of 150 persons.
As a General Manager, you will oversee all of the firm’s functions including administration, human ressources and accounting. You will elaborate, lead and coordinate the business plan. You will also plan out the opportunities of the Chinese market to develop strategies in order to stregthen the company’s activities.
Candidate fluent in Chinese with a MBA degree and international experience is required. At least 5 years of experience in management in big companies is mandatory. Fluent In Chinese Is A Must, English is a plus. Knowledge in public market and architectural activities is preferred.
Candidate fluent in Chinese with good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized person able to work on multitasks.
