A majority of us in New Mexico think our country is headed in the wrong direction. And that's no surprise, considering:
* Our environment and water supplies are being harmed by the effects of global warming, mismanagement, and corporate greed
* We're still sending young Americans to Iraq to fight a war that we never should have started
* One in every five people in New Mexico are still without adequate health insurance

We're hiring for positions in Las Cruces and across the country.
Progressive Future is a non-profit organization that believes that change begins at the grassroots and that together we can make a difference. Between now and November we’re placing phone calls, knocking on doors to organize volunteers and activists, and hitting the streets to ensure that America's leaders hear from a progressive voice this November. They need to understand that a vast majority of Americans want to bring our troops home from Iraq, ensure health care for all, work to make our education system the best in the world, and take significant steps to stop global warming. After Election Day we’ll hold our elected leaders accountable until the job is done.
We’re looking for committed, talented, and hard-working Canvass Directors to organize volunteers, identify activists, and help build the grassroots network to take our country in a more progressive direction. |
