Position Description
Eriksen Translations is seeking an Account Manager for its health care unit. Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Promote Eriksen by educating clients and prospects on the company’s various services
• Provide clients with innovative solutions that meet their specific needs
• Provide quotes and negotiate fees with clients and prospects
• Follow up with clients after projects have been completed and delivered
• Anticipate and exceed clients’ expectations
• Increase sales volume and profit margins by maintaining, developing, mapping, and penetrating existing accounts
• Visit clients to present the company and its services
• Respond to phone and web inquiries from clients and prospects
• Represent Eriksen at networking events
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
Your success depends on your ability to be resourceful, multitask and prioritize, understand the needs of our existing and prospective clients, meet deadlines, be a team player, and maintain diplomacy at all times. A positive attitude along with an aptitude for customer service are needed.
