• To be singularly accountable for the co-ordination, monitoring and reporting of any project assigned to him/her
• To co-ordinate the various activities of a defined project
• To manage the direction and pace of a project
• To provide leadership and direction to other members of the project team
• To work effectively with other individuals and divisions within NREC to achieve project aims
• To develop and implement strategies to enhance project success
• To liaise with external groups to effect project objectives
• To evaluate, develop and motivate any subordinate staff
• To demonstrate leadership
• To undertake any additional role or tasks as requested by the Head of Department

1st Degree Minimum
15 yrs minimum experience
High self motivation and a demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Leadership qualities and excellent people management skills.
Capacity to work as a member of a small team.
Ability to establish and maintain favorable client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in a variety of forums.
Computer literacy and a capacity to work with the range of Microsoft Office packages.
Understanding of meeting procedures.
