„XManage the entire team of service personnel in providing distinctive services support in repair, maintenance, projects, enhancements, retrofits, HVAC system solutions and parts to satisfy customers¡¦ needs.
„XDevelop the service business in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth.
„XLead the team of service personnel in executing the service initiatives and commit to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the service business results.
„XIdentify and organize marketing and promotion, incl. seminar, conference, exhibition and any form of event which benefits the business performance
„XFormulae and provide AOP, SRP, monthly activity report
„XIdentify and establish successor program planning and the development plans for each and every individual service personnel to maximize their potentials to the organization.
„XCommunicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives is achieved at all times.
„XFoster strong customers relationship with all customers enabling the company is at active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
„XMaintain high morale and team spirit in the office environment
„XMaintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
„XMaintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
„XOptimize the replenishment and inventory turn for service related parts and components at all times
„XRepresent the in-charge region in the Asia Pacific Service organization enabling best practice sharing and cross learning
„XPerform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management
