•Lead and manage Control and sales team
•Update on order secured and potential project job list
•Submit Monthly Activity Report on business status, incl. potential projects
•Conduct market intelligence - competitor activities, pricing and market trends
•Monitor and ensure sales team achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfactions
•Establish and maintain high level contacts with key customers
•Providing close sales supports to customers
•Personal sales of equipment/services to customers, incl. clarify system design focusing on features & benefits.
•Check and verify of costing and quotations, incl. tenders participation
•Preliminary design of air conditioning system, customized to customer needs
•Follow-up on quotations submitted, customer payment & equipment delivery schedule and report status on bi-weekly basis.
•Negotiate and finalize contract with customers
•Participate in assigned work process & product knowledge improvement activities
