WEB 3 level – this means Technical Highschool – MTS in Holland (more or less finished study/ school at least)
- mechanical engineers technic informatics, under and overground, durable (for now and in the future)
or
- installation engineers (water and gas)
or
- electrical installation engineers (wiring , cables , cableways etc.)
A Dutch language course will be provided!
They will get in company training and courses in order to make the specialists in the field of electro or installation (water & gas).
Quantity norms: company assumptions about worker effectiveness in quantity terms
Quality norms: /if available/ VCA (safety–certificate) if this people show their capability than they will start this course a.s.a.p.
