Your role at K2
This is an exciting and international role which will present you with fresh challenges and opportunities every day. Your focus is the management of the placement process of IT specialists worldwide. This will involve online profile searches and interviewing as well as effective advertising and the management of the candidate negotiation process.
As you move up within our career level structure, you will have the opportunity to mentor new recruits and eventually manage a larger team. Alternatively you may choose a more consultative position, developing Client relationships from scratch, building business in the core area of your team.
Our systematic training process will ensure that you develop your skills continuously in intensive as well as ongoing trainings, tailored to your individual career path and level of experience.
