1. Purpose Of The Job:
•to oversee costings & proposals groups in ICON Development Solutions, Europe ~ currently Manchester & Marlow offices
2. Job Functions/responsibilities:
•oversee all costings & proposals prepared for clients from all IDS Europe offices.
•Review and manage continuous improvement of costings & proposals.
•Manage costings & proposals staff in all locations of IDS Europe.
•Ensure that all members of the costings & proposals team is working to his/her highest potential – including adequate training and reviews.
•Work with BDEs in developing relationships with clients from a proposal & contracts perspective.
•Identify with Project Management change orders where required and ensure these are costed & presented appropriately to clients.
•Ensure that all proposal & contract deadlines are met in line with client expectations.
•Work with Contracts group in US to ensure that all contracts are reviewed and agreed with the client in advance of study start.
•Work with Proposals group in Maryland on coordinating proposals format across the division.
•Manage the revision of the costing model for Phase I business in liason with management in Manchester
•Ensure all BD information and metrics are produced on time and in line with pre-agreed formats.
•Ensure that all Client RFIs are answered appropriately and in line with client expectations for IDS Europe
•Any other ad hoc tasks required to be performed from time to time

| Habilidades: |
3. Qualifications/experience Required:
•bachelors degree mandatory, scientific discipline preferable.
•Minimum of two years experience in Pharma/ Clinical Outsourcing industry.
•Possess the ability to understand and interpret study outlines & apply cost & proposal language to these
•Excellent written skills and able to work efficiently and independently under pressure without supervision. Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to build strong relationships and establish credibility.
