Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support sales and service.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Operations, Results, People Development, Sales Management
Role Qualifications:
Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering superior sales and service
Coordinate and manage all store operations
Develop associates to achieve results
Position Responsibilities:
Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach, and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
Ensure a positive customer experience
Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
Supervise store security and safety
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
