Archibat is looking for an Urban Designer for a Growing And Active Architectural Firm in Beijing. The company works mainly on residential design along with landcape, urban plannng and interior design. The company also offers services to prestigious clients in a wide range of industries like the Beijing Siheyuan. The firm has a professional team of 200 employees, all qualified for professions.
Job description:
This is an Urban Designer position in Beijing’s corporate design department . You will work on the early stages of the design process. You will do research and prepare drawings and plans to support your project. The project must be environment friendly. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary: Rmb 20,000-40,000 /month
Requirements:
-minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, urban design, interior design or landscape architectural design. At least 1-2 years work exerience in China
-Exceptional communication skills with clients, consultants and authorities
-Design creativity is a MUST
-fluent in English, Chinese a Plus
-Strong design capability and a team work spirit
