Archibat is seeking a Chief Architect for an Dynamic And Growing Architectural Firm in Shanghai. The company provides a full range of architectural, engineering, planning, proposal, preliminary design and construction drawing. The firm is specialized in residential and commercial design.
Job Position: The Chief Architect will coordinate all aspects of projects including client contact, determination of client needs, preliminary design and design development, design coordination (Manage and coordinate external design consultants, including foreign architect, Local Design Institute, curtain wall consultant, landscape designers, lighting designer, etc. Review design documents and attend design meetings to ensure design content is complete and well coordinated per owner/developer requirements, and design deliverables are prepared in accordance with milestones identified in the construction schedule), concept & detail design (Ensure design directives from the owner/developer are complete and clearly understood by the design consultants), design development: Seek clarifications from owner/developer where unfinished design or incomplete design is affecting design consultant progress;
Requirements:
-Design creativity A MUST
-5+ years of professional experience, minimum of 2 years of working experience in relevant field
-Able to hlod a project independently, familiar with local regulation
-Excellent presentation skill in oral & written, with good understanding with clients
-Hard Working, responsible and dedicated
