-- Provide daily operational support for all Lawson modules.
-- Directly working with client to identify and resolve problems.
-- Work with client to obtains request specifications.
-- Develop screens and reports in Lawson as necessary.
-- Works in collaborative effort with other Associates through design and implementation phases of total systems’ solutions.
-- Provides individual and lead support for complex multi-system installations, large system installations with complex software and hardware applications, or large system installations with complex business and management considerations.
-- Determines and specifies the computing infrastructure and services needed to support the development and deployment of enterprise computing systems.
-- Assumes principal technical role in demonstrations, furnishing technical expertise and answering customer inquiries with regard to both hardware and software.
-- Provides software consulting services to customers including identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals.
-- Develops customer support plans for complex systems and major accounts.
-- Designs quality control and test procedures to ensure deliverables meet established design and performance goals. Performs spot audits and tests to ensure adherence to Perot Systems’ standards.
-- Develops information technology architecture for more complex modules.
-- Produces supporting documentation for use by customer and Perot Systems’ technical staff.
-- Reviews design proposals for technical feasibility and correctness. Together with Sr. Manager, establishes cost and time estimates for implementation.
-- Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates alternative design solution.
-- Determines compliance with contract specifications. Works with Sr. Manager to overcome shortfalls and bring programs into contract compliance.
-- Determines and specifies high level approaches and modeling guidelines for system and enterprise level application solutions. |
| Habilidades: |
-- 2+ years experience with Lawson Database structure and data understanding.
-- 2+ years experience with BCI setup and development.
-- 1+ years experience with Process Flow customized trigger construction.
-- Working knowledge of UNIX commands.
-- Proficiency with UNIX scripting and Microfocus Cobol.
-- Excellent written and verbal skills.
