1. Min 10 years experience in managing commercial construction.
2.Excellent concrete construction management skills.
3.Conscientious about material equipment and other company assets.
4.Able to look for cost saving measure and alternative construction ideas.
5.Able to organize and manage up to 10 senior and junior engineers.
6.Able to produce one month look ahead task distribution for his staff.
7.Able to provide the minimum training required for his staff.
8.Obsessively taken in quality assurance. Able to produce through construction methodology and control the best quality possible in concrete construction and finishing.
9Able to document delays by subcontractors and able to communicate directives in writing to subcontractors in order to maintain quality and avoid wasting company assets.
10Conscientious about preserving company image in maintaining a perfect site logistics plan and maintain site cleanliness.
11Cost Oriented.
