We are helping our client running a customer service evaluation across Brunei. The goal of the study is to gain insights of a customer journey – customer service, project knowledge, and brand knowledge.
We are looking for someone who can take the part-time job of Customer Service Evaluator (namely Mystery Shopper) for us.
Once you become our mystery shopper, it could be a permanent part time job (if you like), because we constantly run different projects every year.
As a Customer Service Evaluator, you should:
1) PRETEND to be a normal customer and visit assigned stores;
2) Make necessary interactions with the salesperson (about 15-20 minutes);
3) Finish an online questionnaire to share with us your shopping experience (about 20 minutes);
4) For each project, there will be a Guideline and a Questionnaire, which would teach you what you should or should not do during your visit.
