Job Summary:
Prepare and Submit the Project Teams structure and plan to the operations manager. Responsible to recruit and develop the project staff (through internal company resources). Assign telecom projects to the project managers. Audit and supervise project manager's plans and correct any deviation to ensure quality of work. Set and determine the rules and the basis to accept projects from presales teams..
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Communications or Computers.
• Minimum 12-18 years of experience with the last 5 years in a similar position.
• PMP is a plus.
