Vacancies in the following locations: Benniu, Fuzhou, Jinhua, Ma-anshan, Pingdingshan, Qingyang, Wenzhou, Zhengzhou, Xuzhou, Yichang.
Teach in public high schools in rural and semi-urban areas around China. These positions offer great benefits and holiday breaks.
Ideal candidates:
• are open minded to Chinese culture & people, professionally & socially
• are energetic, in good health, and exercise a high degree of Integrity
• are caring, enthusiastic, ESL teachers with a strong desire to focus on student learning outcomes
• are eager to embrace new ideas for teaching, and deliver a consistent effort
• are willing and enthusiastic about planning and teaching with a foreign teacher partner and/or team and are eager to cooperate with the school English dept.
• hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (any field)
• are trained and certified ESL teachers with TESL, TEFL, or CELTA(preferred)
• have 2 years TESL experience, preferably in a developing country environment(preferred)
• have no strong accent in their oral English
• demonstrate strong communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, & writing
• have basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and their own laptop computer
