Our client Teleflex Medical Europe Ltd, Athlone, Ireland is a major international diversified industrial company with total revenues in excess of €2.5 billion, employing more than 20,000 employees in 24 countries worldwide. They are in the process of establishing a support operation in a Midlands location for the EMEA region and have vacancies in their Customer Service department. This is an exciting opportunity in a start up operation.
DUTIES:
•Work as part of a multi disciplinary team, providing a high level of customer service to Teleflex Medical’s International medical dealers in Europe, Africa and Middle East.
•Ensure all orders are processed on time and in line with the correct procedure.
•Run backorder reports regularly and ensure that shipments are released as per the customer’s request or in line with the agreed shipping schedule.
•Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing dept. to co-ordinate the release of orders, returns, etc.
•Liaise with planning and manufacturing in order to ensure that orders / backorders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Ensure customers are up-dated continuously with details of product availability and lead times.
•Issue invoices as required along with any other paperwork needed for the shipment.
•Report to management on the monthly activity and involvement with customer accounts.
•Ensure that all orders, invoicing and shipments are completed by month end and quarter end as required by the customer and the business.
•Ensure that all customer queries - order queries, stock situation, deliveries, invoices, product queries, literature & sample requests, etc - are handled and resolved satisfactorily.
•Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with upon receipt and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer. Ensure all product complaints are escalated to the appropriate department.
•Liaise with the sales force on a regular basis as regards orders, quotations, pricing, tenders, and general information from customers.
•Process billing corrections on time and in accordance with the company policy.
•Involvement in special projects as required.

| Habilidades: |
Qualifications:
•Fluent in English French or German
•Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar). Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
•A number of years experience of working in a fast moving customer service environment preferably within a multinational environment.
•Previous experience in dealing with International markets and export orders desirable.
•Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
•SAP SD user level experience desirable.
•A self starter / “Can do” approach and attitude
•Ability to work effectively within a multi cultural team towards strict deadlines.
•Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount
•Flexibility – willingness to help other colleagues to meet deadlines
•Demonstrated computer skills, preferably word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other applicable software programs.
•Ability to work well with others in performing a variety of customer service tasks.
