We are Denver,CO based IT consulting company and we are currently looking for customer service representativI for our direct client at Murray,UT
Duration :- 6+ Months
Location :- Murray,UT
Rate ;- $11/hr on W2( without benefit)
Complete Description:
candidate apply only who has retail experience in Wireless Industries.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills, Type 20 wpm and Data Entry skills (min. 4000 keystrokes). Demonstrated problem solving ability. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Good oral communication skills on the telephone. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills. Data entry skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform basic database querying
Strong customer facing care skills. Billingual (English/Spanish).
Flexible with full-time schedule to include Satudays
