In this role you will design, develop, and deliver software and process training programs, specifically for Haworth’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, providing Haworth members and dealers with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet Haworth's business objectives. You will write, research, produce, and revise training materials and programs related to SAP which include instructional objectives, instructional content, and instructional methods and media. You will deliver training programs to sites worldwide, effectively coordinating a variety of media. You will conduct a needs and job analysis to determine the appropriate training requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of software and process training programs and ensure any appropriate revisions are made. We value learning through education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, organization development, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years full-time software training development and delivery or ERP functional/consulting experience in business setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software implementation process strongly preferred.
