Our client, a pharmaceutical services company, is looking for a field work production manager to work in their marketing research department. This person will coordinate a high volumn fieldwork division by mainly hiring and training a team of recruiters to enroll physicians to participate in CSD surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and monitor recruiters to reach monthly quotas
- Create monthly recruitment plan for the recruiters as well as the team leader and administrative assistant
- Monitor the recruitment number and troubleshoot any issues in order to obtain the monthly quota
- Weekly and monthly meetings with recruiters to update on status of the past work progress
- Monitor physicians' participation
- Administrative duties (some faxing, data entry, reporting, etc.)
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience
- Must have experience managing in a call center |
