We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Manila support team in the role of Systems Operator.
Key responsibilities in this job are:
•Control-M batch scheduling and processing;
•Running of manual reporting scripts;
•Ad-hoc reporting and report distribution
The following characteristics would be considered essential:
•Educated to degree level in Computer Science or Engineering
•A track record of successfully managing your own time and delivering on time
•Customer-focused with a “service first” mentality and best-in-class communication skills;
•Attentive to the detail and quality of any task at hand
•Ability to work across cultures with a geographically dispersed user community
•Proactive and eagerness to resolve issues;
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
•Capable of operating on a 12-hour rotational shift covering 24x7 service hours
Demonstrable experience in the following areas is essential:
•0-2 years technical experience of Microsoft Windows;
Year 2006 graduates and onwards are encouraged to apply. |
