Customer Services Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to work in the Customer Services Department.
This position is based in our offices in the centre of Amsterdam and only those already based in the Netherlands need apply.
Duties:
• Take ownership of first line requests, managing each request correctly and efficiently to ensure a high level of customer service support
• Liaise closely with other departments to ensure consistency and continuity of services to members
• Areas covered by the Customer Services Department:
O New membership process support
O Membership billing support
O Administrative support for second line requests
O First point of contact for non-member questions
O Database support

• Experience of working in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) customer services environment, with strong administration/billing background
• Experience of working in a first line technical service environment
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Mac Os
• Ability to understand new systems and learn new processes easily
• Experience of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer focus
7. Knowledge of the Internet registry system would be an advantage.
Salary:
The annual salary for this position is between € 30,632 and € 38,293 (before tax). This includes the standard 8% annual 'holiday pay' and a 5% end-of-year bonus. Monthly salary is between € 2,259 and € 2,824 (before tax).
