Job purpose: Assist in the development of both front and back end web sites. Development of new and maintenance of web based application and content management systems. Internal intranet development. Usage of pre-built systems for sending bulk mail campaigns, formatting marketing documentation.
Key-result areas: Allocation of appropriately skilled resource to entry level tasks. Enable growth in production through ongoing training in established development methodologies used throughout the New Media team.
PHP Developer Required (Perm)
• We are looking for a talented PHP Developer, with experience and exposure to OO PHP. You will have at least 2 years experience within a fast moving development environment and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Your role will include standard coding/development, input into new application design with some technical client meetings.
• You must be experienced in MSSQL2000 database coding including complex stored procedures, triggers and creating views across multiple databases/servers. You will be working closely with a dedicated design team to produce cutting edge applications for high profile clients.
• We are willing to consider talented recent graduates however; you will be required to undertake a knowledge test to be considered for interview.

Job contacts within ITRM:
• The jobholder will have to deal with: New Media & TSG team together with HR and Internal admin teams.
• Outside ITRM: Some support calls with clients.
Technical Experience:
• Tertiary trained in web development technologies (as per the job description).
• Languages: PHP any C# .NET (advantageous) HTML, Javascript, CSS
• Databases: MySQL, SQL2000 (Stored procedures, triggers etc…) Design apps like Photoshop, Flash etc are highly regarded.
Professional Experience:
• Design and build of complex applications.
• Any exposure & input into user interface design will be highly regarded.
• Looking for thinking ‘outside the box’ to solve development problems to speed up development times.
Personal Traits:
• Hard worker looking to make a difference within the business and become one of the first in the Sydney offices.
• Excellent communication skills required
• Driven and Committed individual
• Good team player skills
